- How are Violet Fane garments made?

We manufacture all our garments and jewelry in Barcelona, ​​in a small workshop in the city. All the parts involved are certified and locally sourced, from the roll of fabric and the printing workshop to the various workshops that make our lace, buttons, and zippers. Our city has a long textile tradition dating back to the last century, and this allows us to still find small workshops today that can make very specific items for us, such as customized belts, our own lace, or even dye our fibers to create our own fabric in some very specific cases. We also try to minimize the amount of plastic used in the process, not only in the packaging the customer receives, but also because manufacturing so locally allows us to avoid the thousands of layers of plastic and fuel consumption that a foreign producer would add. Furthermore, having our own workshop in Barcelona allows us to pay attention to detail that wouldn't be possible otherwise.

- Do you do custom orders?

No, we don't have the infrastructure to handle such requests, and making custom clothing online doesn't usually guarantee good results. This includes altering the pattern, length, or shape of one of our garments, creating other types of garments with our prints, or making custom prints for other people. What we can sometimes accommodate are small requests, such as not adding embroidery to garments we embroider in the workshop if the customer prefers them plain, or not including an accessory on a dress (like a detachable bow or belt).

- I like a collection that's no longer in stock. Will you be bringing it back?

We announce all restocks in our New Arrivals and Events section and on social media. We don't usually restock items very often, but if there's high demand, we can, provided the collection doesn't contain materials or pieces that are no longer available.

- How does your sizing work?

Depending on the item, where we always include measurements in the description, we offer 2 or 3 sizes per style. These sizes are usually adjustable with elastic or ties to fine-tune the fit. We can't make custom-made clothing due to limitations in our workshop, but we do offer sizes from XS to 3XL.

- Can I find your items at any physical locations?

Yes! You can see all Violet Fane's physical points of sale in our Points of Sale section. We also have booths at events in multiple cities, participating in EGL event circuits and fashion and hobby conventions.
