GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPINGS
● The orders are always shipped after payment is done. At this moment we don't accept COD payment.
● For IN STOCK item orders, once payment is done and order is completed, we take 3-5 days of processing time to ship it.
● The time your package will take usually depends on the distance, if your location is in a remote area and type of shipment. The packages are shipped and delivered on working days.
●The price of the shipping is based on the weight of your order and the distance of your country, and it's automatically calculated on your cart.
● FOR SMALL ORDERS: Tiny items like orders containing 1-2 brooches or 1 pair of tights, are shipped in standard post automatically (tracked) that is because express services price usually costs more than our small accessories, so our customers usually prefer pay less for shipping (wouldn’t make sense shipping being more expensive than the item itself!).
This is applied JUST if you order tiny items. If you would prefer your tiny parcels being express, contact us after making your order and we will calculate the lefting balance.
● MEDIUM and BIG ORDERS: If you order multiple tiny objects (more than 3), or any garment, we automatically always ship via express private courier companies (Fedex, DHL, UPS…) which take 24-48h to Spain and Portugal, 2-5 days to Europe and 4-6 to the rest of the World. This is a door to door service, tracked and express.
*Note: This service for now, is NOT afected by Covid-19 restrictions.
● Violet Fane is not responsible for any custom fees in your country. For any doubt about custom fees, you can check at your customs or post office.
● IMPORATNT! Keep in mind these shipping timmings are just for IN STOCK items, If you purchase a PREORDER Listing, it will be a non ready product with a specific time to get produced. If that is the case, all information about it will be always specified in the listing, and if you purchase it, all process will be followed up via email. Usually our preorder process taks around 1 month, to a max of 6 depending the product.
RETURNS
We aim for your order at Violet Fane to be satisfactory, and it's possible you need to change or want to return any of the articles that you bought, so we accept returns, with a few exceptions.
Returns from EU countries:
We are accepting changes or returns in the 15 following days until you received the product. In case of return, the customer has to ship back the products (in perfect condition), with no sign of usage.
Once we received and checked that the articles are in a perfect condition to be sold again, the customer can choose if wants a money refund (without shipping costs) or changing for another item,/size, paying the difference if any.
Shipping costs back to our location in case of return / size exchange must be paid by the customer.
On the contrary, if the return is because the item has some damage, we sent a wrong size, model or colorway (Definitely, because is our mistake) we will bear with all the costs of the wrong item back to us and the correct one to the customer.
We can only offer a full refund of the item if the customer returns the item to Violet Fane.
We don't accept return on tights if the package is open.
